What We Do

Signposts: Youth Mental Health Service

This is an 8 week Programme, held once a week and is delivered twice a year.  It is designed to raise awareness of issues that may negatively affect the general well-being of young adults.  These sessions are set to teach coping methods and to equip young adults with the ‘know how’ about dealing with difficult situations. This Programme is very informational based and is targeted to break down personal barriers, stereotypes and taboo subjects, whilst raising awareness of the Support Services available throughout Cork.
