Cork Foyer - High visibility version

Your Foyer

Official Opening of the Garden Project

The speedy transformation of a piece of hillside at the rear of the Foyer into a multifunction recreational and education area has been amazing to see and has undoubtedly created a real sense of achievement by Cork City Council and Churchfield Trust Ltd. From the boardroom planning stages of the Foyer Project, the Director of Housing (Stephen Kearney) and Foyer Manager (Barry Waddingham) recognised the importance of integrating the Foyer into the wider community. The toddler play park, elderly seating area along with a fantastic glasshouse, café and allotment area has truly put the Foyer at the heart of the Blackpool community.
