Throughout every stage of the Foyer Complaints Procedure you may be invited to attend a meeting in person to express your views. Should you remain unhappy with the action taken by the Foyer, its Board of Management or the Director of Housing, you will be advised of your right to use other external offices to investigate the action taken by us in respect to your complaint e.g. Threshold Housing Advisory Service, Office of Ombudsman, An Bord Pleanala.
